Mobile alarm management - SwanData

SwanData is used with Tunstalls alarm management system.

The program ensures immediate alerting the proper care staff in case of accidents in hospitals, nursing homes and in home care.

Caregivers can immediately receive and manage citizens alarms and with a few taps it is possible to:
- Accept or reject alarms
- Logging in and out of the predefined alarm groups
- Assign the system as a contact

Alarms will always be received - despite the mobile device being used for other purposes.

Alarms can be accepted or rejected. Not responding to an alarm will activate a timeout after a predefined period of time (typically two minutes). The alarm will thereby be sent to the next staff in the callout plan.

When accepting an alarm, users are able to review further information on the alarm - for example, the citizens phone number and details of the citizens health (diabetes, respiratory problems, etc.). Using a single tap, users can make a call to the citizen.

In SwanData it is possible to select which alarm groups you want to receive alarms from. Alarm groups are defined in TeleVagten and may include geographical, or care areas (ostomy, wound care, etc.). Subscribing and unsubscribing to groups is made easy with a simple option tap.

SwanData can be used on personal phones where users can log on to the control center system.

SwanData is equipped with a functionality that stores the last accepted, rejected, and expired alarms in each category. In this way it is possible to follow the phones alarm history.
